Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wisal Gifts (متجر وصال العربي).

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Customized orders may require additional preparation time depending on the design.


Shipping Time
Delivery within Turkey typically takes 1–3 business days after shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Shipping Method
We ship all orders via trusted local carriers (such as Yurtiçi Kargo or similar companies).


Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer cash on delivery payment within Turkey.
Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided address.


Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for orders above 1000 TRY.  
For orders below 1000 TRY, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.


Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS from the shipping company.


Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Failed Delivery / رفض الاستلام
If the customer refuses to receive the order or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be canceled and future orders may be restricted.


Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the case and provide a replacement if applicable.


Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
